1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders and services via the online presence of LUBERTEX , owner: Andreas Berthold, Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 7, 97199 Ochsenfurt.

The offer is aimed at private customers as well as companies and associations.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding product overview.

By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed by us or production begins.

3. Products & Customization

All textiles are individually manufactured to order.

For personalized products (e.g., with desired text, names, years, or uploaded designs), production is carried out exactly according to the specifications provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that transmitted content does not infringe the rights of third parties.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT (where applicable).

Plus any applicable shipping costs.

The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.

5. Delivery & Delivery Time

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.

The delivery time is determined by the respective product description and the shipping page.

Delivery times may be longer for personalized products or larger order quantities.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

This includes, in particular, individually printed or personalized textiles.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

Deviations in color or appearance caused by screen displays do not constitute a defect.

8. Liability

We are only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

9. Company & Association Orders

For orders from companies or associations, the individually agreed offers and conditions apply. These take precedence over these general terms and conditions.

10. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

11. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
